Our Founder is our story
Péter Oszkó, Dr., Co-Founder and Managing Partner of O3 Partners, brings extensive experience in company building, finance and complex transactions. Following a career with various Big Four firms, he left his Managing Partner position in 2009 to serve as Hungary’s Finance Minister, taking on a one-year crisis management role during a critical period.
Building on this experience, he laid the foundations of OXO Holding in 2014, which grew into a broader European investment group through international expansion and strategic integrations, ultimately becoming today’s O3 Partners.
Expertise behind every decision
Andrea Novák, Head of Fund Operations at O3 Partners, brings over 14 years of experience across finance, private equity, venture capital and fund operations. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in managing complex financial and operational processes, supporting investment activities and ensuring the efficient operation of investment funds.
Róbert Héjja is a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, M&A and corporate finance. Throughout his career, he has built deep expertise in identifying investment opportunities, executing complex transactions and supporting the growth and strategic development of companies across Central and Eastern Europe.
